Dear Customer,
On May 1, 2003, I acquired Things Unlimited from my good friend Vince Sadowski, a man you have learned to trust. Vince and I met via the internet about 6 years ago and he encouraged me to find out “what exactly is a Thing?” I bought my first junk Thing and took it apart, just as he had suggested, and ever since, I cannot get Thing parts out of my life (or garage, living room, etc..). Twice a year, Vince ventured north to visit family... to guess where? Well, none other than my town, Schenectady, NY.
Each year, we would find some junk Things, bring them back to my place, and strip them down. I have been watching and listening to Vince very closely since then. I have tried my best to emulate Vince's best qualities. I hope to serve you in the same manner that Vince has and carry on his goodwill. Vince has taught me many of his tips and tricks involving our peculiar vehicle. I will try to live up to the same expectations you had from him. I would also like to thank Vince for choosing me to take over the business. Our #1 goal will be customer satisfaction. Things Unlimited will be in attendance at most of the larger events on the east coast. I would also like to thank Thing Shop, German Motor Works, Wild Thing, Kens Kubel Konnection, Thing Stuff, Things Registry, Things Digest, and the NEVWTA. I would also like to thank my family and friends of the VW World, and especially my wife, Vivian.
All orders will go out promptly via UPS, Fed Ex, or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Occasionally, I will be able to arrange a personal delivery or bring a part to a show for customers. I will also hold a waiting list for special order parts and hard to find parts. First come, first served. Thank you for your continued patronage and support.
